On the other hand, type 2 diabetes usually occurs because of our lifestyle. Some of the common causes of diabetes mellitus include excessive consumption of processed sweet food, lack of exercise and obesity. People with a family history of diabetes are at higher risk. When the body constantly compensates for the lack of glucose in cells, excessive fatigue may develop. The urge to urinate when they are sleepy interrupted fatigue can also occur. People begin to feel tired and experience lower levels of energy.

Excessive thirst
Thirst is one of the main signs of Type 2 diabetes mellitus. The body will try to compensate for them and lose more fluid through the urination. There is always an intense feeling of dry mouth and thirst.
