Baby Archie was on her third nanny six weeks after two stopped working for Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess Sussex.
High traffic in such a short time sets additional questions about how staff leaves the job, reports The Sun.
Royal observers have speculated that the rotation of the nanny – among the staffs of personnel changes for the Duchess Sussex – another sign for which Meghan could hardly work.
But others say that choosing a nanny is a very personal decision and a couple might want it to do it properly.
Sources close to Sussexes said that Archie's nanny, born May 6, was a personal matter and that the Buckingham Palace did not comment on recruiting staff.
The source said, "There are often different needs in different stages of child life. The first nanny was a nurse.
"But Harry and Meghan do not want this to hurry or risk making this decision correct. It is deeply personal and can depend on the needs of a child and a parent. "
