Kishoreganj-1 (Kishoreganj Sadar-Hossainpur Involved) Awami Law for Gera Rebate Former Secretary General Syed Ashraful Islam, younger sister of late Syed Noor Zakia submitted nomination papers as Awami League candidate.
On Wednesday afternoon, in the office of deputy commissioner, he handed over the documents on appointing a district electoral officer and assistant for returning to Mohammad's Islamic Taylor with leaders and workers.
Former Secretary General Awami League and former Public Administration Minister Syed Ashraful Islam won five times the symbol of the boat from Kishoreganj-1 (Kishoreganj Sadar and Hossainpur Upazila) in 1996. In July last year he was admitted to the Bumrungrad hospital in Thailand for lung cancer. He was elected to the Awami League candidate in the Kishoreganj-1 constituency on December 30th at the elections for Jatiya Sangsad. But before the oath ceremony on January 3rd at 22 o'clock Syed Ashraful Islam died, After his death, the Kishoreganj-1 constituency will be held on February 28th.
In addition to Kishoreganj-1, younger brother of late Syeda Ashraful Islama and Syed Zakie Noor, younger brother from Awish League district of Kishoreganj, senior secretary Shah Azizul Haque, prime minister Mashiur Rahman, president Md. Abdul Hamid's Majesty Russell Ahmed, MA Secretary-General Hannan, who in co-operation with volunteers, has collected nominations.
Later, Syeda Zakia Noor was nominated for a committee meeting to nominate the Awami League parliamentary and local government.
The deadline for submitting nomination papers according to the schedule announced by the Election Commission on January 31st, the nomination documents will be selected on February 3rd, and the deadline for withdrawal is February 10th. The elections will be held on February 28th.
