This Wednesday, April 21, Covid-19 screening day is organized in Millau. Free tests are offered in the Géant Casino gallery (Bulevar Georges Brassens 150), from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. To get tested, you need to come with an ID card and a vital card.
This day of testing at the Cité du Gant, coordinated by the ARS, the city of Millau and the prefecture of Aveyron, follows the epidemiological situation that has worsened in recent weeks in the Aveyron department, with pollution rising in several parts of the territory and thus increasing hospitalizations.
The ARS team against mediators against concerns, with the help of the Departmental Civil Protection Association, which will intervene today in Millau and in the coming days in various places in the territory of Aveyron (Thursday 22 April in Villefranche-de-Rouergue and Friday 23 April in Espalion, editor’s note) to establish a special screening campaign for antigen tests.
This local strengthening of the “Test-Alert-Protect” strategy should enable faster diagnosis of people with Covid-19 and their contact cases and provide support in their isolation with the support of health insurance and health workers.
