The protests of Sofia's Gorublyan residents blocked for a little more than an hour the entrance to Sofia from the Bucharest Tsarigrad shore. After 16.30 hours, a 3-kilometer traffic jam was reached, which reached nearly the beginning of the Trakia highway.

The action took place at the key intersection of the boulevard between "Pavel Kosarev" and "Dimitar Pešev". The traffic team was down at the traffic lights of Vranske prometne policije.

Many drivers avoid congestion by stopping at the Ring Roada intersection.

The reason for the next protest by Gorublian's inhabitants is the so-called " "Forced landing of green areas" and "years of discrimination of low-residential settlements towards residential complexes" with the wish of the Sofia Municipality to build on 1250 hectares of eastern parks at the borders of "Mladost", "Druzhba" and "Gorublyane".

Their position says that the Sofia municipality has "kept" property for 23 years without compensation.
