Mr. Steven has a network to capture rockets.

SpaceX

As the old saying says, if at first you do not succeed, try again.

SpaceX has once again tried to catch a rocket shield (protective nasal cone), using a ship named Mr. Steven.

Poor Mr. Steven. It may have butterflies, according to a video released by SpaceX on Tuesday. The cover just slid off the boat's net.

In the tweet, SpaceX said it was "one of the last tests of Mr. Steven's recovery on the west coast before sending it to the east coast."

This is not the first time the blow has literally missed the boat. The last game of the catch was earlier in January.

SpaceX wants to catch the missiles to reuse them. Founder Elon Musk has long been working on ways to reuse the missile as a way to make the launch cheaper and faster. In December, SpaceX used one of its own individual boosters for the third time. The company also plans to release 10 percent of its workforce.

Update, January 31 at 7:11 pm PT: Adds an additional context.
