More than 200 people died in Congo because of the epidemic of Ebola

The National Health Administration of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) has said that up to 200 people have died so far in the latest outbreak of Ebola, saying nearly half of the victims of the city of Benjamin 800,000 kilometers north of the Kivu area.

So far, the immunization program has been vaccinated by about 25,000 people.

However, Congolese Minister of Health Olli Ilonga said armed groups continued to harass medical teams in the affected areas.

Last September, there were suspended immunization campaigns when an armed group launched an attack on a field that lasts for several hours. The current epidemic of Ebola, which began in July, is ten from the time the country was hit in 1976.
