Filling our Sunday with the right amount of fitness is Poor thing star Kunal Kemmu whose latest training video set the temperature rising on social media platforms. Forcing fans to drop their jaws in awe, Kunal stood out with his rough shirtless look in the video straight from the gym.
Considering Instagram, Kunal shared a video that gave users an insight into his intense training this weekend. With Golmaal a star in just a pair of black shorts and a black wristwatch to match his look, a video of Kunal working diligently served as the perfect motif for the weekend to guess.
With their backs to the camera, the actor was seen retreating on a parallel bar and flexing his torn muscles and well-stretched arms. A parallel bar is used in gymnastics, and these are two horizontal bars attached to four poles and placed parallel to each other to enhance multifunctionality.
Also on display was the indispensable Om Namah Shivaay tattoo inscribed with a Devanagari script on Kunal’s back. Kunal wrote the video: “Diet in progress, not so much #stepbysteprepbyrep (sic).”
The pull-up exercise is a very useful workout to strengthen the muscles of the back, shoulders and arms, while at the same time improving grip strength, overall body strength and fitness level. It is ideal for physical and mental health because it challenges your muscles.
