The story of the boy who left love and music and the girl who inspired him to resume dreams are revived on the stage through brilliant melodic songs like Oscar who won the "Fall Down" and a great actor of a talented actress – the singers of the new generation.
This is a unique, moving story of the faith we must have in our dreams, but also the power of music that connects us all. From the first notes brings the viewer his magical pace. This exciting music, which touches sensitive audience sets and speaks the language of street music, is the only production that has been awarded with the Oscars, Grammy, Olivier and Tony awards. "Once used with song and music in a way we never met in American music, we created a glamorous glamor of nostalgia that everyone could feel," wrote the New York Times.
Once directed by Achillas Karazisis. The main roles are charisma artist Marina Sati who was surprised by Aretous in Erotokritos Dimitris Marami and experienced in the Apostolic Psychhris. Marina Sati counts millions of views on YouTube while comfortably travels from great music productions to experimenting with Fonés.
Musical Like One Happens Only Once!
The Musical Once is the musical adaptation of the award-winning Johnny Cash 2007 filmmaking and the story of love between Irish musicians and Czech immigrants who meet on Dublin streets and share a common passion for folk-rock songs full of melancholy, a low budget movie, a handwritten film looks like a music album with pictures, as the director remarks, won the audience prize at the Santander and Dublin festivals.
As in the film, music in the music is Glen Hansard, the Irish rock band The Frames and the lyrics of Czech singer, pianist and actor Markette Irglove. Their song "Falling Slowly," co-produced by The Frames, which featured two artists on stage and their live performances across Europe, was a huge success and won the Oscar for the Best Original Song 2008.
Text Once was signed by the award-winning Irish theater writer and director Ed Wals, whose work has been translated into more than twenty languages, and since 1998 has been presented at an international level. His latest work includes collaboration with David Bowie to create Lazara 2015 music.
Music Premiere in 2011 at the American Theater Repertoire in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and the same year she was introduced at the New York Theater Workshop. A year later he went to Broadway with tremendous success. Production has received eleven nominations for the 2012 Tony Award, which has been awarded the best Broadway productions since 1949 – winning a total of eight awards, including the best musician, best actress and best book.
In 2012, he won the Drama Desk prize at Best Musical, and in 2013 received the Grammy Award for Best Album of the Music Theater. That same year he debuted at West End in London, the Phoenix Theater, announcing his inexcusable criticism.
Totally different and exceptionally original, there is something else that we rarely find in Broadway music: actor singers take the heavy role of orchestras of musicians while performing songs and music on the stage! The Fact That Makes One Unforgettable Music Experience. "It immediately overwhelms you with its simplicity, its charm and the aura of sweet melancholy," wrote Guardian.
The story is the following: a street musician in Dublin is willing to give up on her dreams when a young Czech musician, an immigrant in Dublin, shows a sudden interest in her obsessive, erotic songs. As sexual attraction grows together, artistic inspiration reaches its peak … But their unusual relationship becomes deeper and more complicated than ordinary romance.
Musical Once, shown in Greek in translation and performance by Dimitris Dimopoulos, directs Akillas Karazisis, who, after last year's successful funny opera The Gilbert and Salvian Windmill, returned sharply to the ELS Alternative Scene.
The stunning setting of Eve Manidaki works in the city landscape, with a strange, three-dimensional garden emerging at its center. Football show is Ioanna Tsami, choreographer Amalije Bennet and lighting Yannis Drakoularakos.
Leading roles are Marina Sati and Apostolis Psychhris.
Together with the strong actors of talented actresses-music singers: Elias Algarre, Taxiarchis Vasilakos, Nikos Giannarakis, Aris Kallergis, Nefeli Markakis, Tasos Missirlis, Maria Nika, Alkis Panagiotidis, Giorgos Tzavaras and Ioanna Forti.
The story is simple: a street musician knows a young Czech, also a musician, how else? playing the guitar on Dublin Street. He is at the turn of his life with his art and life. Friendship with a girl will change it. If there is a happy ending? I would say it ends up as a reality: leaving many opportunities open.
Story, the work is, in my opinion, the character of the doctrinal: Encounters on the street, in shops, bourgeois neighborhoods, pubs, parks, compile the material of the mythology of the city.
Face, everyday, talk and where the words do not come, and of course, as the specifics of the job search, all of them play great guitars, violins, accordion, cello, mandolin and piano singing again and so on to a happy sad place.
Couple, He and She in the Irish original, live their short story in the environment of people of particular temperament, in an intense and expressive environment.
I want all the musicians playing at the Athenian streets to live a similar adventure, and – why not? – I want all of us, as a musician, a nice Athenian afternoon we sing together, random and unknown, in each square The city is a wonderful song.
