This year, the new F 850 GS was introduced on the popular BMW's dual-line sports line. The latest model iteration has introduced a new design and a new family engine – 853cc inline double mill, which produces 90 horsepower and 63 lb-ft moments. The removed plasterers in August announced a GS variant that will push its off-road and tour operator capacity a little further. On November 6, BMW officially introduced all the new F 850 GS world adventure to the 2018 EICMA.
Building on everything that the standard 850 has to offer, the new Adventure trim adds to comfort, but also more features. It obtains a frame made of sheet steel bridges that also relies on a double engine for added strength. The new model integrates a 23-liter gas tank, compared to the 18.5-liter model. On the front side, the larger windshield is adjustable to increase the comfort of the rider, reducing turbulence and increasing protection against the elements. The engine is framed and protected by a crash pump. The wheel and brake levers can also be adjusted to better suit the driver's needs. The luggage compartment on the back is also standard.
The model is equipped with two adjustable driving modes – Rain and Road Associated with ABS and Automatic Stabilization (ASC). These features are commonplace in GS Adventure, but options for further bicycle options, including Dynamic, Enduro and Enduro Pro Driving Modes, Dynamic Traction Control (DTC) Dynamic Traction Control (DTC), as well as 6.5- inch TFT color display, aluminum panniers, and intelligent emergency call system.
Prices and details on the arrival of a new model in the salon have not been revealed, but we can expect to see her in time to return to the beautiful season next year.
