JAKARTA, AYOBANDUNG.COM – Saudi Arabia's international airline, Flynas, commenced operations on Sunday (9/22/2019) at Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta Airport in Tangerang, Banten.

"This appears to be a sign of increased airline connectivity. We are very excited and welcome to Flynas' trust. Terminal 3 is now increasingly displaying world-class service," a senior director of the International Communications and Legal Relations Branch said Sunday (09/22/2019). The Flynas inbound flight at Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta Airport operated on flight XY 983 at 10.50 WIB. Check-in counters are located on Island B14-B19.

One of the benefits of Flynas is direct flights. Flynas has flights to Indonesia direct from Jakarta to Medina, and returns from Jeddah to Jakarta. Flynas will operate flights Umrah and Hajj with scheduled flights twice a week, on Sunday and Tuesday.

Febri added that Soekarno-Hatta Airport Terminal 3 is currently supported by a variety of sophisticated and modern technologies, such as the availability of Baggage Handling Machines (BHS), which have security detectors up to Level 5.

This is followed by an independent application, CCTV installed on 600 points and WiFi. So Febri is optimistic that Soekarno-Hatta Airport Terminal 3 will be the trigger for Flynas business development.

"We are really concerned about the service. Including customer service for Umrah and the Hajj flight. Every year PT Angkasa Pura II always strives to improve services for potential pilgrims, both during the departure period and upon the return of pilgrims to the country," he said.
