Cats tickets for sale at the Sheai Buffalo Theater this ThursdayOne of the greatest hits in the theatrical history, CATS will arrive at Shea's Buffalo Theater from February 5 to 10, 2019, as part of a multi-stage North American tour. Previous tickets will be on sale from 10am to 10am. Wednesday, November 7, using the MEMORY password. Tickets will be available for sale on Thursday, November 8, 2018.

Original Broadway's production was opened in 1982 at Broadway in the Winter Garden Theater, where she ran 7.485 performances and 18 years of age. CATS was originally produced on Broadway by Cameron Mackintosh, The Really Useful Company Limited, David Geffen, and The Shubert Organization.

CATS returned to Broadway in 2016 in a wonderful revival at Neil Simon Theater. The preview of the show began on Thursday, July 14, 2016 and officially opened on Sunday, July 31, 2016. CATS performed the final performance on Saturday, December 30, 2017 after 16 views and 593 regular appearances.

The creative team for the new CATS production includes John Napier (Scenic & Costume Design), Natasha Katz (Lighting Design), Mick Potter (Sound Design), Andy Blankenbuehl's choreography, based on the original choreography of Gilliana Lynne and Trevor Nunn.

Since its world premiere, CATS has been featured in more than 30 countries, has been translated into 15 languages, and has seen more than 73 million people around the world. Originally directed by Trevor Nunn with choreography and collaborative guidance by Gillian Lynne, John Napier's set design and costume design, David Hersey's lighting design and Abe Jacob Jacob's design, CATS opened in 1981 in West End. He debuted at Broadway in 1982 where he won seven Tony awards including Best Musical. And the original London and Broadway recordings won the Grammy Award for Best Album. CATS hit the song "Memory" by more than 150 artists from Barbra Streisanda and Johnny Mathis in Liberace and Barry Manilow. Tony's Award-winning Best Musical held the title of the longest musical performance in Broadway history until in 2006 he surpassed Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera. The original Broadway production was closed on September 10, 2000, and is currently the fourth longest show in Broadway history. This marks the first tour for the first time in Broadway's revival of iconic music.

The first ever, live-action movie adaptation of CATS, produced by Universal Pictures and Working Title, will open on December 20, 2019.
