PETALING JAYA: In an open letter on his social media site, Haziq Abdullah Abdul Aziz (Fig) called on Prime Minister Tuna Dr. Mahathir Mohamad to be honest in his treatment of sexual video scandal involving the minister of government.
Haziq, head of Santubong PKR Mladost, publicly admitted that one of the two men in the sex video began by saying that he had made a "black sheep" for the scandal.
"The video being recorded was an act of betrayal, and I made a black sheep (a sacrifice).
"Are the Males so narrow (to break) to think that I would ruin my future and the future of my family?" he published on Facebook on Saturday (June 29th), adding that many Malaysians were convicted of him for scandal.
However, he asked for a farewell to the Malaysian, adding that he was a scandal victim.
Haziq then called on Dr. Mahathira to reconsider his stance on a sexual scandal that allegedly included the Minister of Economic Affairs Datma Azmina Alija Series.
"I hope Dr Mahathir will be honest on this issue because my family and I are not rich and we are having trouble facing the future," he added.
He urged the prime minister to do what is best for the country.
On June 12, Haziq admitted that one of the people in the video and claimed that the other was Azmin.
Azmin, however, denied any involvement in sexual video, dismissing it as a "malicious" conspiracy to destroy his political career.
