"Giving scholarships to African students is a strong tradition that has consolidated year after year, for almost twenty years."said Mr. Agassim, recalling that "Each year, thousands of foreign students, most of whom come from the African continent, go to Morocco to further their higher education.".
Awarding scholarships to African students is part of the program "South-South Cooperation" and testifies that "Sincerity" from Morocco when it comes to cooperation with all African countries, cooperation "Based on pragmatism and the win-win principle"he pointed out.
