The glorious Mewtwo hour did not happen for tonight, delayed until a later date

It's going to be big tonight, but it looks like you'll have to wait a while to breed one of the most powerful Pokemon in Pokémon GO, Mewtwo needed to get a Raid watch today, with a point of extraction in gyms around the world. But it was delayed due to unforeseen technical problems, which people noticed New Zealand when a scheduled 5th row egg does not appear somehow. Niantic said it was due to a technical issue and we would get an appointment later for Raid:

It's ironic that someone apparently forgot to postpone a later tweet on Pokémon GO's official account because he told everyone to have a good time on tonight's Raid Hour adventures:

We still don’t have a date for the pre-scheduled Raid Hour, but I’ll go ahead and assume it’s coming next Wednesday, because I think Niantic has a relatively tight schedule here at the start of Gene 5 and there might not be a whole bunch of room there with other planned events. This will definitely be one of the most popular Raid watches we will ever see in the game, as it offers the opportunity to put together a complete team of powerfully equipped Pokémon that can be used in all types of situations. There are usually better counters, but you really can't go wrong with six powered Mewtwos.

Hope the cloudy weather, because you can get absolute monsters with weather boost. I guess we will get a new date soon, and we are almost there for our first Gen-5 legendary and possibly new EX Raid boss, probably Regigigas. It is currently a fun time to play, with new creatures catching up for the first time in a few months. I have a Tepig with me and have already gone 40km this week so it might be okay to take a little break.
