The Philippine National Police (PNP) has officially filed indictments for kidnapping and smuggling people against the former Bayan Muna Rep. Satur Ocampo, Act Teachers Party France Castro and 16 more people allegedly holding 14 juveniles in Davao City.
Saturn and his companions were on board five vans when they broke Wednesday night in Davao del Norte. PNP accused them of arrested juveniles who were taught school children at Sitio Dulyanu, Palma Gil in Talaingod.

The police also announced on Friday the photographs of Ocampo and Castro's mugshot before their cases were filed in the prosecutor's office.

The PNP has earlier said that the school allegedly used the Camp Ocampo to address the few students' minds of several rebellious ideas against the government.

In addition to Ocampo and Castra, the police also filed an indictment against 11 teachers, four pastors and a learning center administrator.
For each suspect, a bail of $ 80,000 is allowed, the police said.
Meanwhile, Ocampo and Castro have asked the prosecutor to allow them to respond to police allegations through a preliminary investigation before the case can be filed in court.
They filed a request after the police filed complaints before the prosecution. / jpv
