I'm Miller about the testimonies of Robert Nowaczyka and Marius Kamiński

The Prime Minister would have to deal with such signals with seriousness of seriousness, even if they are not true, "Prime Minister Leszek Miller said in" Tak is "in TVN24. He pleaded for Robert Nowaczy's testimony from Thursday before the Verification Commission. The lawyer spoke about the behavior of the Minister of Special Coordinator, Mariusz Kamiński, at a meeting in which alcohol appeared.

Robert Nowaczyk, one of the most well-known attorneys involved in the process of re-privatization of real estate in Warsaw, testified on Thursday before the verification commission.

Nowaczyk talked about his acquaintance with Jakub R., former deputy head of the Office of Real Estate in the City Hall in Warsaw and his relations with the people in the service.

– Jakub R. told me during meetings with representatives of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau in his apartment at Włodarzewska, Mariusz Kaminski [minister koordynator służb specjalnych – red.] he was so drunk that he walked all fours and kissed a dog, a boxer – the witness reported.

Miller: Any signal of inappropriate behavior must be investigated

Testifying Nowaczyka mentioned Leszek Miller in "Tak jest". "Of course, I do not know if this is true, but the prime minister should deal with such a kind of signal with seriousness, even if that is not true," the former head of government said.

He added that if you are talking about a coordinator overseeing special services, you can not easily approach it. He stressed that any malicious behavioral signal must be tested because the person occupying such position "may be subjected to various pressures". The former president of the Democratic Left Union drew attention to the possibility of blackmail. – This is a civil servant with knowledge that is rarely available to the public. There must be people in those positions, for which there are no objections – he emphasized.

Miller stressed that the prime minister has the opportunity to explore this issue. As he said, he may ask for another service, such as the Central Office for Combating Corruption, the Internal Security Agency and the police. "He can set up a special team under his authority," he added.

"If the prime minister does not react, that will be a very bad testimony," said the former head of government. "Here, every such signal must be thoroughly checked," he emphasized.

Corruption costs

Nowaczyk was a plenary or direct customer in matters relating to re-privatization on ul. Poznańska 14, ul. Marszałkowska 43, ul. Mokotowska 63 and Chmielna 70. He participated in 46 restoration projects in nature. In the period 2010-2015 Warsaw has paid over 119 million zlotys as a compensation to client clients, including about 70 million zlotys in favor of their cousins.

In October last year, the prosecution filed a further indictment with the Warsaw County Court regarding the so-called privatization scandal in Warsaw, which includes nine people, including Nowaczyka. The main allegations of the indictment are allegations of corruption.

"The promoted picture of the monks broke with the bang"

The former prime minister commented on the so-called. Kaczynski's tape published by Gazeta Wyborcza, the first of which was published on Tuesday, among other things, on plans for building a business building in Warsaw from the Srebrna associated with law and justice.

Miller said that this issue has to be looked at with two points of view – political and legal.

"With regard to this legal thing, the thing is more complex than it is thought. For example, because the law prohibits business activities of political parties, but not the lawyer. It creates only constraints, which are also prescribed by the constitution, that a deputy in managing a business can not engage in investment in municipal and state property – explained Leszek Miller.

However, in his opinion, Jarosław Kaczyński has a real problem in terms of image.

– Image of a monk promoted for many years, which is closed in Nowogrodzka Street [warszawska siedziba PiS – red.] it deals only with the creation of a common good, and the secular issues do not concern it, it collapses with a bang – said the former prime minister.

He noticed that for many non-"committed followers" of PiS, but people who think about who to vote could be a "disgusting act".

– Perhaps a few percent will decide whether PiS will keep power or not, said the former prime minister.

He added, however, that, in his opinion, until clear centrifugal forces in the PiS were made, the party would be safe. – Contrary to what is meant, I do not think that significant changes will be made to support PiS and other groups – he said.
