Although poorly trained to speak English, Simon is already an integral part of his new family and often helps his parents, Jeremy and Nicole, to take care of the three brothers of invalids.
The boy wraps the brothers and feeds them. Alex, six, also has trisomy 21, while Jon and David, aged five and six, both suffer from cerebral palsy.
In addition to helping brothers and sisters in everyday tasks, the boy still helps parents in dishwashing and setting up a table. The family describes him as a very happy child who is spending most of his time playing with brothers and sisters in the living room or in the garden.
