One year after the announcement of the acquisition of Sonae Capital's € 30 million allocation, Grandavenue72 announced this Monday, November 11, that it will invest around € 250 million by 2025 in the "largest city within a city in Portugal", as described in a project that will finally exploit a large abandoned area, located next to NorteShopping, in Matosinhos, where Belmiro de Azevedo came to idealize a real estate complex that was frozen in crisis years.

Developing over a total area of ​​120,000 square meters, Efanor Gardens will include services, a store, a hotel and a residential area (60% of the total) with 400 apartments.

"This is our largest real estate project where we will honor all the legacy left by the Azevedo family during its inception. We want Efanor Gardens to be a space for fellowship and togetherness with the highest quality of life. based on the concepts of mobility and sustainability, ”said Pedro Rolo, CEO of Invest & Co, a project management company.

According to Invest & Co, the Jardins Efanor project "is in the pre-sale phase, with 50% of the property already reserved", predicting that "more than 60 apartments will be available by the end of the first quarter of 2020. T3 and T4 typology".

The promoter of this property complex, Grandavenue72, is owned by the Couto Telhabel family and two international investors – Switzerland's Daniel Klein, the owner of the Geonology property, and Spaniard Gonzalo Alvargonzalez Figaredo, a member of one of Spain's most powerful families. and which owns the Ership Seaport Group.
