The court in Switzerland has banned the Nord Stream gas pipeline company Nord Stream AG and Nord Stream 2 AG to make any payments to Gazprom. This was reported by RIA News.
"As a result of the ban, all payments of these companies to Gazprom are sent to Swiss executives," the statement said.

Note that this decision was made within the framework of provisional measures at the request of Naftogaz. The Russian company said all attempts to stop Nord Stream AG and Nord Stream 2 AG were unsuccessful.
Earlier on November 6, analysts Fitch, setting a rating for a Ukrainian company, noted that Naftogaz practically had no chance of obtaining $ 2.6 billion from Gazprom, awarded by the Arbitration Court in Stockholm in February.
The dispute between Naftogaz and Gazprom lasted several years. The companies filed for arbitrary arbitration in Stockholm: the failure to deliver gas under the transit contract and refusal of purchase, contrary to the terms of the contract. In February this year, the court partially met the demands of both parties. As a result, Gazprom owes Naftogaz $ 2.56 billion. The company has already filed an appeal against this decision.
