Eating later increases your diabetes and blood pressure



A recent scientific study links the dates of eating meals, the development of diabetes, elevated blood pressure and obesity, to find a strong relationship between late eating and falling health of previous cases.

A study conducted by a group of researchers at the American Heart Association, published in published media reports, showed that eating a delay could cause cardiovascular and diabetic, leading to biological disorders.

The study included medical examinations of more than 12.7 thousand Americans aged 18 to 76 to find that people who eat food after 18 o'clock have higher levels of sugar and blood insulin as well as high blood pressure.

Research has also shown that those who have a greater desire to eat later are more likely to have diabetes than those who eat their meals before 18:00, 19% and their high blood pressure rise up to 23%.
