DATE AND TIME:
Even a small amount can hurt.
The harmful effect of excessive consumption of fried food has already been written and explored for years, and there is much evidence of its harmfulness. Daily consumption of such food leads to an increased risk of developing diabetes, heart disease and obesity.
Some might think that if they eat this food in small quantities every day, I can not hurt them. However, researchers have found that even small amounts can lead to premature deaths caused by cardiovascular problems.
Scientists from the University of Iowa and Washington have published a study at the BMJ Medical Journal in which they investigated that daily consumption of fried food affects women in postmenopausal women.
The study was conducted on 100,000 women aged between 50 and 79 years. These women were involved in the research from 1993 to 1998 and all that time, 31,588 women died. Of them, 9,000 died of heart disease, 8,000 of cancer.
Scientists have estimated how much fried foods, such as fried chicken, fish and potatoes, were used in their diet.
Comparing the way of life of these women and their eating habits, they discovered that daily consumption of fried food leads to premature death.
If you eat one or more roasted chicken meals each day, this will result in an increase in the likelihood of premature death of any cause by 13%, and an increased risk of death from cardiovascular disease by 12%.
No fried fish is a better option. Specifically, if you eat fried fish a day, you will have seven percent chance of premature death for any reason and 13 percent more death than heart problems.
