The president of the Serbian Bar Association and one of the attorneys Viktor Gostiletc said that it was necessary to organize such a meeting.
"Attorneys who will be engaged before the UCK will generally have little knowledge of this judicial institution. We still have no information when the court needs to start working, how it will work, what will be the conditions of our engagement.
I believe that the meeting will be constructive and that everyone will benefit from it in court. Also, I believe that after this meeting we will have a much clearer picture of some issues that we currently have no answer, "Gostiljac said.
In the work of ULA KLA, as a defense attorney and attorney, 30 lawyer from Serbia will participate.
They will be engaged in proceedings instituted for criminal offenses committed during and after the Kosovo Tribunal, regarding the work of the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly reports.
