On Earth's orbit, it is full of debris.
Given the tough situation with the presence of large amounts of space scrap in the Earth's orbit, SpaceX made some of its adaptations to SpaceX Starlinka's suggestion.

In Earth's orbit, full of debris from the wreckage of dropped satellites to the tools lost during the space walk. Now NASA monitors more than half a million of debris, most of which is moving fast enough and can cause serious damage to the aircraft. More than 200,000 of them are bigger than Softballa.
StarLink Project SpaceX – launching about 12,000 communications satellites to launch a global internet can exacerbate this problem.
However, according to the Verge publication, SpaceX may already be ready for a solution: to host more than a thousand Starlink satellites at an altitude of less than initially planned (1110 kilometers). The company is convinced of the benefits of this solution.

First, the satellites would be out of reach of most existing wastes from the universe. Secondly, at a height of 550 kilometers, satellites will be much easier to return to Earth after completion, and NASA will do so approximately every five years. At this altitude of the Earth's atmosphere, SpaceX will automatically be rid of, slowly moving the orbit of the satellite.

For Spatial Industry it is good that SpaceX anticipates the effects of additional debris in orbit. Sending satellites to the orbit just by knocking some old waste areas is not good, especially if you work at the International Space Station.
