It's like a dream but it's important: eat whatever you want – sugar, even carbohydrates!

Fight with the pounds, do you want to lose weight? Then you should know that sugar is not poisoned and a low-carbohydrate child is not healthy.

Do you really need to be tortured with various diets and omit certain types of food? New book: "Eat It Anyway" Eve Simmons and Laury Dennison deny everything you've ever thought it needed for beauty and health.

Slimly known ladies often point out the most varied forms of diet, bookstore and social media are full of extreme love for weight loss. Research, however, shows that 97 percent of those who restrict diet-based nutrition presented in an attempt to lose weight fail.

After the baby is over, he will return to his weight or get even more, which is extremely depressing. These are, according to the authors of the book, dark pages of modern diets. In addition, research at Harvard University has shown that adherence to fatigue diets and avoidance of certain types of food promotes the release of cortisol stress hormones.

Dietary obesity often ends up with income disturbances

And that is another very important negative side. The authors of the book point out that such an excessive child promotion wherever we look can lead to the risk of eating disorders.

Nutrition can easily be avoided by anorexia, bulimia or other modern disorders.

These are very serious psychological and physical problems that can end up not only with prolonged damage to health, infertility, chronic problems, but also death. So, even the seemingly positive "obsession" of healthy eating can very poorly end up.

There is no healthy or unhealthy diet

Same Eva Simmons overcame anorexia. The truth about the diet was discovered by the dietitian Luci Daniels, who escaped from the dangerous disease and began to eat "normal".

This expert has revealed the truth: There is no part of the diet that we could call healthy or unhealthy. Each component in a balanced diet plays its part. It was the foundation that Eve and her friend Laura Dennison brought to write the book "Eat It Anyway".

The book negates some of the common and often promoted ideas of healthy eating:

All sugar is poison and should be avoided

In fact, adults should not consume more than 30 g (seven teaspoons) of sugar a day, because more sugar degrades their teeth and causes weight gain.

It does not include sugar naturally found in fruit, vegetables and milk because it is bound to fibers and other compounds that promote health in these foods.

"Many people eat too much sugar, so they should be limited, but it's not necessary to avoid sugar completely." This trend caused great confusion because people thought they should avoid sugar in fruit or vegetable vegetables, "says Luci Daniels.

If we really avoid all the sweet foods, the result would be a lack of calcium and vital vitamins and minerals that are important to the function of bone, muscle and cell function.

Another myth is the assumption that natural sweeteners – honey, agate and maple – are much healthier. The idea that one type of sugar is healthier than the other is unhealthy.

If you want to lose weight, you must avoid carbohydrates

Low-carbohydrate children are now very popular. There are studies that confirm that a low calorie low carbohydrate child can help obesity by obese diabetics to improve their condition. But why would people keep them healthy?

"There is no complete evidence that avoiding carbohydrates helps to stay long-term … Low-carbohydrate children cause loss of energy, but also lack of nutritional value.

Self Moving needs 130 g of carbohydrates per day for work. In addition, the formation of ketones will cause your breath smells like nail polish, "notes Luci Daniels.

If you can really live without carbohydrates, you will probably die instead of people who eat them. Why? Because foods containing carbohydrates are often a source of fiber that stabilizes blood sugar and prevents bowel cancer and obesity.

Herbal alternatives to milk are better

Millions of people around the world today avoid milk, cream and cheese because they think they are a problem for their health and weight. And those who have no lactose intolerance.

Police in food are filled with different milk alternatives, but do they deserve the dairy products and their products really bad reputation? It is assumed that saturated fat in dairy products increases the level of cholesterol in the blood. The reality, however, is that it only applies to a large amount of saturated fats consumed all through life.

On the contrary, a recent study published in The Lancet has shown thatthe intake of three portions of dairy products daily reduces the risk of premature death, heart and blood vessels and stroke.

In addition, milk has many healthy properties, it contains amino acids, vitamin K, calcium, magnesium, protein. Complete dairy products prove to strengthen the immune function – they act as probiotics.

Vegan nutrition is ideal for good health

The number of people who did not eat meat, milk and eggs increased four times in the last ten years. Is vegan really healthier than a normal diet?

Vegas is more orientated towards their health, they are more trained and come from middle or more class.

All these facts relate to a better health condition. Being healthier does not have to be a diet but a way of life – explains the dietician. He adds that it is very difficult to have a balanced vegan diet with everything the body needs for its health. Many young people who have passed vegans have experienced a serious eating disorder.

What's the Healthiest Diet?

Eat with peace, eat lots of fruits and vegetables, drink more water. It's not sexy but scientifically confirmed – says Luci Daniels.
