Public broadcasting and radio broadcasts were broken up by controversial directive, staffing, and mass statements last year.
RTVS has become the most attractive employer of the year in the media sector. In the seventh year of the priest's research in 2018, he defended his three previous primates. RTVS spokeswoman Erika Rusnáková informed her. Every year, the research is organized by Profesia.
More than 13,600 respondents participated in the vote, who voted for the most attractive employer in nearly 196 nominated companies.
RTVS was awarded a prize in the Media category, which was recorded by 18 employers.
"This has confirmed that we are one of the largest and most exciting employers in the audiovisual field. One of our most important priorities is to find talent that we are trying to create space for their further development and, of course, their maintenance," said Director of Human Resources, Václav Staškovič.
The staff leaves new rules
Last year, RTVS was in a deep crisis. Much of the editorial team filed a statement because they did not agree with the practice of the then leadership.
Early this year, Oľga Baková, a long-time reporter, was released. The decision was followed that the contracts did not extend to external editors or to the adoption of controversial directives, which for example prohibited the publication of information on opposition proposals.
The situation culminated in Petre Stano Maťašovská's resignation as head of the radio news.
