Posted on Friday, the Swedish time, Apple has launched two repair programs, one for missed screens in the Iphone X and one for SDS storage in the Macbook Pro without Touch Bar.
Some machines have problems with SSD storage, with data loss and machines that stop completely. Now Apple is launching a repair program for the next three years, Macrumors writes.
Do not miss! Apple's upcoming handsets can get technology from Homepoda
The problem relates to the Macbook Pro without a 128 GB or 256 GB storage, and machines sold sometime between June 2017 and June 2018. Users of these machines can enter their serial number on this link (also choose Sweden) and check if your machine is likely to suffer. In that case, Apple recommends that you download the computer to the Apple Store or an authorized service partner as soon as possible to avoid data loss.
There is updated SSH software, which will eliminate the problem in no more than one hour. However, all data on the disk will be deleted and backup is recommended before the computer is transferred to Apple. For more information, visit the Apple website.
Step by Step: Then back up your Mac
