The Samung folding mobile phone consists of an exterior display and a significantly larger screen inside, and the screen that is raised is 7.3 inches wide. During the presentation we received a prototype of the phone in which the design was thoroughly masked. So, that was a very awkward phone we had to see. In any case, the function appeared. All phone features are available from the external display and when you open the phone, the application you are using on the external display is ready for use on the inside, larger screen.
To be able to make this phone, Samsung stressed that it overcame several technical challenges. The display is called the Infinity Flex Display, in addition to a folding screen, long-term plans are also available on network screens and screens that are flexible and can be provided.
The folding screen Samsung has demonstrated significant screening performance by considerably diluting, and using other fixed materials can also repair bearings, but at the same time allow all layers to move and thus be flexible. The device shown showed that the audience was just watching fast, but the picture quality seemed to be good at all.
Mass production in the coming months
During the presentation, it was ensured that the screen that could bend was not just a trick, but progress was made even in the sense of actually ensuring that the display ended in the hands of customers. Samsung promised to be ready for mass production somewhere "in the coming months".
Samsung's big hearted mind is that you can use multiple applications at the same time, do not switch between different applications without having to use multiple applications one at a time. First, it is mentioned that all features are available on the external small screen, but the application you are using on the external display is active on the larger folding screen when you open the phone.
