His Majesty Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, vice president and prime minister of UAE and ruler of Dubai, confirmed that comfort, stability, family happiness and prosperity of citizens are the priorities of government efforts. Providing adequate housing is one of the most important priorities since it is the foundation of family stability and social security.
"We have focused on the allocation of new land to ensure adequate housing to meet the needs and needs of various Emirati residents. We have also directed Dubai Municipality to distribute the land directly to its customers … Our goal is always to provide citizens with different aspects of support they provide happiness, … Priority and concern for the happiness of the citizen and its stability and the priority of the family ».
This happened on the occasion of the adoption of two new residential areas in Nad Al-Shabi and Wadi Al-Omrad for distribution to all eligible citizens, making the total number of land allocated to more than 12,000 plots in the coming years.
Daoud Al Hajri, Dubai's general manager, said that the Department immediately applied the guidelines of His Majesty to prepare for land allocation to users who receive 1000 residential parcels. He added: "Our wise leadership has always endorsed their constant efforts to increase the happiness of people in their homeland and provide everything that helps them to build their future and the future of future generations."
Dubai's General Manager emphasized that the Department wanted to maintain the highest standards in developing effective mechanisms and strategies in the area of land distribution, to create the ideal infrastructure and provide various services to create a residential environment that meets the needs of its residents.
"Dubai Municipality is constantly striving to achieve the highest level of comfort, stability and well-being for its citizens, as expressed by His Majesty Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and devoted great attention to supporting these areas with various service facilities such as mosques, parks and schools,
He explained that the residential plot of 1120 square meters or 12,000 square feet, with the availability of standard housing construction that will consist of ground floor and bungalows, and filling facilities in these areas with all the technical requirements for planning residential areas.
