Ukraine and Portugal team matches, which should take 4-5. December, in Zaporizhi will not be held, reports Futsal Federation of Ukraine.
Faced by the Futsal Association of Ukraine, they received a letter from their colleagues from Portugal that their team refused to fly to Zaporizhia because of the imposition of a martial law in some regions of Ukraine. This decision was made by the Portuguese team after UEFA's recommendation.
In response, Ukraine offered to switch the fight to a city that is not in the military law zone. UEFA is considering this proposal.
Remember, on the eve of the Ukrainian team announced a match against Portugal.
