This paste cleans and exfoliates the skin while providing a range of nutrients. Almond oil helps to dissolve dirt and debris, nourishes and helps the skin's surface ability to retain its moisture. Apple cider vinegar contains acetic acid, which fights bacteria and helps to even out skin tone, as well as working to restore the skin's natural pH balance. The ground almonds gently but thoroughly remove the dead skin cells, favoring softer and dewier skin and promoting the renewal of skin cells.
If you prefer to create a cleansing paste without stone, you can replace the almond oil with any vegetable oil that you may have at hand: olive and sunflower oils will work both very well and the almonds minced with flour. fine or dark oats or light cane sugar
