How to make diabetes worse: follow the ADA and CDA recommendations

If you have a new diagnosis of type 2 diabetes, or have been dealing with the condition for years, where is a natural place where you could find support and information? Well, you would think of national diabetes associations, right?

Mistaken! Unfortunately, listening to the advice of the Canadian Diabetes Association (CDA) and the American Diabetes Association (ADA) is not able to help you. In reality, it will hurt you. Let me explain.

First of all, here are some simple incontrovertible facts about which almost nobody disagrees.

  • People with type 2 diabetes are often overweight and have a high blood glucose level.
  • Refined cereals (white flour) are among the worst foods in the world to increase blood sugar.
  • Eating sugar causes weight gain and also increases blood sugar.
  • Neither refined grains nor sugar contain valuable nutrients.

Sugar and flour increase glucose, so do not eat it, right?

Aha! Thus, the conclusion seems rather pedantic and logical. If I eat flour and sugar, my blood sugar increases and my glucose is already too high, so I should eat less flour and sugar. Moreover, it is so obvious that he hesitates to point it out, if eating flour and sugar makes me fat, and already weighs too much, so I should eat less. Super, super obvious, right? Well, not the CDA and ADA who were busy urging a generation with type 2 diabetes to eat MORE flour and sugar.

So, I'm in the public library, and I decide to check what the CDA considers a perfectly acceptable dessert – it's the 150 best diabetes desserts in Canada – from the CDA. I casually look at a recipe – oh, look – lemon and lime cookies. Scanning between the ingredients, there are 3½ cups of highly refined white flour and 1¼ cups of sugar. This is one of the 150 best diabetes desserts in Canada? Are these people completely and completely crazy? Yes, yes I am. Is this the best advice from the Canadian Diabetes Association? The CDA is trying to prevent diabetes or give us diabetes because it is not entirely clear to me.

If the CDA is trying to prevent diabetes, then yes, these people must be completely on site. They are stupid or crazy. All that sugar and flour will increase blood glucose over 99% of other foods. Anyone can see that this is bad, not good. How can this qualify as one of the best desserts of the CDA?

But what about the American Diabetes Association? So, I take a book from the ADA – Ah – here we are – Diabetes Meal Planning Made Easy. Let's see what they tell us about sugar and sweets.

Blood sugar is not the reason to ax sugar and candy ??!

"People with diabetes should no longer avoid sugars and sweets" !! ?? Are these people completely and criminally crazy? The ADA is trying to prevent type 2 diabetes, or it gives us diabetes because it is not clear to me. It is quite obvious for most that eating sugar is NOT good for type 2 diabetes. Yet here is the ADA that tells everyone who wants to hear that people with diabetes do not need to avoid sugar. And, they say it since 1994! Eat more sugar – it's good for you! Thanks, ADA!

Let's see what else tells us the ADA. Oh, right – carbohydrates, which are chemically composed of glucose chains, are our body's preferred energy source and people with diabetes should eat about 1/2 of their calories from carbohydrates. Let's think about this. In T2D, there is too much glucose in the blood, so we should preferentially prefer foods composed primarily of glucose !!! ?? Are these people completely and certifiably crazy? Yes, yes I am. And look here – it's OK to eat up to 25% added sugar in our diet! This is exactly what we should NOT do. Everyone, particularly the ADA, should recognize that eating more sugar and grains will make PEGGIO blood sugar, not better.

Here are some other delicious ADA recipes. Oh, cheesecake, with graham crackers, stevia and sugar. Wow. Only wow. Is this acceptable? Is this what ADA recommends? Again, is this to prevent T2D, or give us T2D?

So if you really would like to help yourself with type 2 diabetes, then the first step is to question very carefully what the CDA and the ADA are telling you, because they are not your friends .

I wonder why ADA would have given such stupid and stupid advice? Well, let's take a look at the group of friends 'Banting Circle Elite'. Oh, a complete list includes: AstraZenaca, Eli Lilly, Janssen, Merck, Novo-Nordisk and Sanofi. The Canadian Diabetes Association receives a lot of money from: Janssen, Abbott, Sanofi, Novo-Nordisk and AstraZenaca.   • As you lose weight, type 2 diabetes generally disappears.

So here is a solution that is free, available to anyone in the world, which is 100% natural and saves people time. There is no need for more drugs or surgery. Fasting is literally the oldest dietary intervention in the world, having been used for millennia.

Here is the bottom line to take control of type 2 diabetes, which contributes to heart attacks, strokes, kidney disease, blindness, amputations, cancer and Alzheimer's disease.
