If you are thinking of a light run on Sunday morning, prepare for some winter conditions.
It is expected that the snow will hit the Denver metro overnight and continue during the day, according to the National Time Service.
Rainfall will probably be the hardest in metro Denver between 6am and 2am. The residents of Metro could see snow three to six inches by the end of the day, and the snow could stay on Monday morning. Those in the mountains and foothills could reach 10 inches in some places.
Winter counseling is valid for late Saturday to Sunday afternoon for mountains, footpaths and I-25 urban corridors.
Prognosors tell people to expect bad travel conditions.
