Did Facebook bring you on Monday? I'm not alone.
The most popular social network crashed on Monday afternoon, pointing to users who tried to access the error site in error messages: "Sorry, something went wrong. We're doing it and we'll get it done as soon as possible."
The termination has interrupted Facebook's main website for some users, and made using Facebook Messenger difficult. Instagram and WhatsApp, two of the other major social platforms in Facebook, both looked good.
It was not clear what Facebook was using outside the network, but the social network seemed to work again around 1:30. ET. Facebook did not respond promptly to US TODAY's request for a comment on the termination.
As it has become commonplace with recent online interruptions, users quickly moved to Twitter with #FacebookDown, which is emerging among topics in the US and around the world.
Some have sent Facebook "thoughts and prayers".
Well for the others, the fall was a sign to go back to work.
