Representatives of universities making up the Karakas Student Movement have announced a video calling on citizens to protest youth on Tuesday.
With audio-visual material distributed over social networks, representatives of several universities such as the University of California, Simón Bolívar University, Andrés Bello Catholic University, Santa María University, Monteavila University and Alejandro Humbolt University have voiced a message to the Venezuelans to leave the streets.
They recounted the historic events of February 12, the date of the Day of the Youth Day, as well as the violent events that took place on that day, but in 2014, where two young students died.
Representatives of the National Assembly and Juan Guaidó, the provisional president of Venezuela, announced Monday concentrations that the march should be held in the capital of the country, mainly covering areas east of the city.
