According to scientists, this could be the key to understanding how galaxies are created.
The same researchers, as published by the Business Insider website, indicate that this black hole is rotating at a speed close to the boundary set by Albert Einstein in his relativity theory.
Scientists now have two ways to measure black holes, by their mass or the speed they are turning. Thus, the rate at which they are located is a range between 0 and 1.
This last placed black hole rotates at a rate of 0.9 and according to Einstein's theory it can change the space time around it.
