Lieutenant of the Bolivian National Guard (GNB) was sealed by the public ministry after being charged with sexual assault on a 17-year-old girl in the Santa Inés parish in Cumaná, the state of Sucre.
Esteban Socorro Rivero Rivero, a 24-year-old woman, accompanied by three other officials cut a couple near the Guaiquerí Park after a woman sought a urination site, she reported Sumarium.
After the guards parted her from her partner, the teenager was locked in the warehouse by the lieutenant, and allegedly forced into a rotten act under the threat of arresting her boyfriend.
The victim's father filed a complaint with the GNB Department of Urban Security, the department in which Rivero was assigned, and his arrest was made the same day. The prosecution charged him with the crimes of sexual and severe violence, with the illegal deprivation of serious liberty.
