THE MODES OF THE PIVOTAL PHASE OF YOUR LIFE?

Growing up, my mother, Jane Maguru, who raised us
my own, encouraged me to listen to radio news – the BBC radio – to stay
informed about what is happening in Uganda and beyond. It inspired me to continue
career in public affairs. My brothers also had an influential role in many
the decision I made during my life.

I have the ability to persevere in situations and build
be successful in themselves. I am also able to analyze

I always assumed people understood
in the same way as me. It is often not the case and I get it
impatient, on what I'm trying to do.

Some people initially perceive my character
uncompromising, but those who worked with me know that I am honest and compassionate
according to personal and professional situations of people.

FOR THE PROTECTION OF THEM MOTIVATED?

What I found motivating is giving clear direction for achievement
vision. In addition, appreciate and celebrate the milestones on that path
to achieve the ultimate goal.

WHAT IS THE LARGEST
THE RISK THAT YOU HAVE YOU TAKE?

I was a high school professor of economics for a year and a half
year, which I left in 2003 to continue my new career in the energy sector
starting with the lowest rank – it was a huge risk.

Integrity – I believe that the facts are wrong, and not

anyone.

Trevor Noah's "Born a Crime" is another good book. It
includes the class struggles of apartheid in South Africa.

WHAT TREND U
GLOBAL ENERGETIC SPACE YOU SEE YOU ARE INTRINSIC IN A GENERAL NETWORK,
WHO TRENDs will disappear?

As more private capital investment in production and
and investors will be actively involved in the changes
